Channel Sales Manager
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to expand our presence across national retail and distribution channels. This role focuses on building relationships with Big Box retailers, securing key partnerships, and driving growth within a diverse channel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for retail channel expansion.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with major retailers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Executive leadership).
  • Coordinate with Asia-based headquarters, requiring occasional overseas communication hours.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in channel sales and retail development.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); Mandarin Chinese is a plus
